Hello, and welcome to Cheep up Buttercup! 21 Days to A Happier You. In this class you will learn concepts and strategies to boost your happiness and over all well-being. Each day includes a concept to help boost happiness, practical exercises to help you apply that concept to your everyday life, written content, and supplementary materials (such as meditations, music, quotes, helpful links, and more).
The great thing about this class is that there is no pressure. You don't have to turn anything in, there are no tests, and you can participate from the comfort of your own home. You can do all of the exercises or just pick the ones that speak to you. There is also no time limit. I have broken the class up into 21 days and recommend that you do them consecutively (in order) however, if you find that you need a break or life gets in the way there is no need to beat yourself up about it. Simply return when you can. Once you have purchased the course it is yours forever so you may come back at anytime to review. Enjoy!
